Palm oil Palm oil is ideal for frying. Grape seeds oil Grape seeds oil is a good for remedy hemorrhoids and varicose, especially when used as a preventive measure. Rich in vitamin E, copper, zinc and selenium, helps maintaining the system immunity. Grape seeds oil prevents premature aging and premature menopause installation. Used externally, it’s great for treating mild dry skin. Use it after shower as a body lotion. It also maintains the youth of your face skin if you use it instead of the normal face cream. Grape seeds oil is less known, but is just as good as the others presented here. You should know that, if heated over 50 degrees Celsius, it loses all its nourishing properties.
Walnut oil A teaspoon of walnut oil a day makes us lose intestinal parasites and slows the aging process. In traditional medicine it was used for massaging the children suffering from anemia or rachitic children. If you suffer from varicose, massage gently the legs every evening. it’s a good vascular tonic and improves the peripheral blood flow. This oil is not to be used for cooking. High temperatures destroy its aroma. When applied regularly as massage, walnut oil gives back the elasticity to your skin and prevents its aging. If you suffer from hair loss, or you have dull hair, apply walnut oil on the tips, after you wash it, and let it on for 5-10 minutes, after which you rinse and apply a balm. Walnut oil has specific taste and aroma. Our grandparents used it for hair treatment. Walnut oil gives finesse and savor to salads. Sunflower oil Sunflower oil is not very perishable. If kept at cold, it doesn’t solidify and it’s good for a year. Sunflower oil is good for salads, but it’s not recommended for frying. If you do, remember to throw it away after the first use! Sunflower oil is the most common oil. If used regularly, preferably without heating, it’s benefic for the body. Back to the first page of this article
