3 Weight Loss Diet Types
The holidays have passed; it’s time to reshape your body with a
weight loss diet! Below we offer a few great diets you can
choose from.
Detoxification Diet
The detoxifying diet is not traditional, yet not rigid. This diet helps us cleanse the body and lose weight too.
The detoxification diet is based on consuming a great quantity of fluids. You may choose bottled water, soups, natural juices from vegetables or fruit and effervescent drinks rich in antioxidants.
The 3 principles this diet is based on are:
- Resting the digestive track;
- Reducing the solid food consumption;
- The whole body reconstruction;
The diet is not absolutely necessary to be followed for 3 weeks, but as much as you can – 2 days (a weekend), 7 or 21 days. The specialists recommend the 21 day diet, once a year, the 7 day diet every season, and the weekend diet every week. Any program you may choose, it’s recommended consuming fluids every 2 hours.
If you can’t consume just fluids, opt for foods rich in fiber – fresh fruit and vegetables, raw and with the peel; whole grain, cereals, oat, brown rice, dry fruit. The specialists recommend consumption by age like this:
- 1-13 years – 19-25g;
- Men, 9-19 years – 31g;
- Men, 19-50 years – 38g;
- Women, 9-19 years – 26g;
- Women, 19-50 years – 25g;
The 7 day diet
Monday
- Breakfast: a cup of black coffee, a glass of fresh orange juice.
- Lunch: 1 liter of vegetables soup.
- Dinner: a glass of milk with drinking yogurt.
Tuesday
- Breakfast: a cup of black coffee, a cup of fruit juice.
- Lunch: drinking yoghurt, a strained chicken soup, a cup of tea.
- Dinner: fruit compote, as much as you want.
Wednesday
- Breakfast: a cup of green tea and a glass of grapefruit juice.
- Lunch: a mug of milk and a cup of tea.
- Dinner: vegetables soup, as much as you want.
Thursday
- Breakfast: a black coffee, a liter of non-fat milk.
- Lunch: half a liter of tomato juice and drinking yoghurt.
- Dinner: fruit compote, as much as you like.
Friday
- Breakfast: a coffee and a grapefruit juice.
- Lunch: vegetables soup + a grapefruit juice.
- Dinner: tea, as much as you like.
Saturday
- Breakfast: a cup of green tea.
- Lunch: drinking yoghurt, a strained chicken soup.
- Dinner: 1 liter of milk.
Sunday
- Breakfast: a coffee and drinking yoghurt.
- Lunch: strained chicken soup and half a liter of grapefruit juice.
The weekend diet
Saturday
- Breakfast: a green tea and drinking yoghurt.
- Lunch: 1 liter of tomato juice and drinking yoghurt.
- Dinner: fruit compote, as much as you like.
Sunday
- Breakfast: a black coffee and a grapefruit juice.
- Lunch: 1 liter of vegetables soup.
- Dinner: 1 liter of milk.
The dynamism diets
It’s normal to feel exhausted in the cold season, but it’s so simple not to do anything!
The weight loss diet will bring back your tonus and it’s based on a healthy diet and lifestyle.
You need complex carbohydrates – besides their nutritive value, they maintain the optimum serotonin level, by inducing a state of deep relaxation. Find them in cereals, beans, lentils and peas.

Monday

Tuesday
- Breakfast: a coffee, 2 whole biscuits and yogurt.
- Lunch: grilled trout, a green cucumber salad, 1 bowl of boiled rice.
- Dinner: omelet with greens, green salad and yogurt.
Wednesday
- Breakfast: coffee and a glass of grapefruit juice, natural yogurt.
- Lunch: chicken breasts, spinach dressing and a tomato.
- Dinner: a bowl of vegetable soup, a slice of cheese and yoghurt.
Thursday
- Breakfast: coffee and a boiled egg, a kiwi fruit.
- Lunch: 200g pangasius fillet, baked, cooked vegetables (peppers, onions, tomatoes, olives) and green salad, a glass of fresh orange juice.
- Dinner: raw salad, a sardine and drinking yoghurt.
Friday
- Breakfast: coffee, a bowl of milk and whole cereals, no added sugar.
- Lunch: vegetables cream-soup, grilled trout and baked peppers salad.
- Dinner: a fruit salad, drinking yoghurt.
Allowed snacks during the diet: at 11.00 and 17.00, you may have an apple, yoghurt or a boiled egg.
The weekend diet
Saturday
- Breakfast: coffee and 2 slices of whole bread toast and 2 slices of bacon slightly fried.
- Lunch: tomato soup, 150g grilled chicken breast, grilled vegetables.
- Dinner: tuna salad, (a tuna can, 2 tomatoes, 3 green salad leafs, a cucumber, 5 olives, a small onion) and a glass of natural grapefruit juice.
- Desert at 16.00: 2 pancakes.
Sunday
- Breakfast: coffee, a boiled egg, whole grain roll, a glass of milk.
- Lunch: a grilled chicken leg, boiled rice, cabbage salad and yoghurt.
- Dinner: 2 slices of ham, boiled spinach and a grapefruit.
- Desert at 16.00: a small bowl of burnt sugar cream or a vanilla pudding.
Stress relief diet
With just a few changes in your weight loss diet, you can feel calmer and more relaxed.
Nutritionists think stress causes gaining weight because of the increase in the stress hormone level, called cortisone. Avoid coffee, choose a product without caffeine instead, like teas, decaf coffee, natural juices and bottled water.
Alcohol dehydrates, and doctors believe that, in small amounts, it’s a very good medicine. Cigarettes are killing the antioxidants in your body, the substances that protect you from free radicals, which cause aging.
You are free to consume:
- Oysters: high in zinc content;
- Figs, grapefruit, tomatoes, carrots, all are included in the same category because of their content of magnesium. You will need fruit, so don’t forget about citrus, strawberries, kiwi and berries.
- Fats. The good ones are recommended, and you find them in sunflower oil, avocado, olive oil, nuts and salted peanuts.
- Food supplements may help. Siberian ginseng is very good for stress relief.

Monday

- Lunch: whole pasta, tomato sauce, 100g mozzarella, a glass of orange juice.
- Dinner: tuna salad and yoghurt.
Wednesday
- Breakfast: coffee, a boiled egg and a banana.
- Lunch: tomato soup, omelet with greens and artichoke.
- Dinner: grilled vegetables with a little olive oil and yoghurt.
Thursday
- Breakfast: milk coffee, 2 slices of toast, 10g butter.
- Lunch: fish sticks, rice with vegetables and cabbage salad.
- Dinner: forest fruit salad and 2 whole biscuits.
Friday
- Breakfast: coffee and 2 bananas.
- Lunch: 200g grilled chicken, 100g frilled mushrooms, 1 grapefruit.
- Dinner: forest fruit salad, 100g homemade cheese.
Weekend diet
Saturday
- Breakfast: coffee, a bowl of milk and 100g muesli cereals with exotic fruit.
- Lunch: vegetables cream-soup and drinking yoghurt.
Sunday
- Breakfast: coffee and 2 bananas.
- Lunch: 250g grilled chicken, boiled spinach and a grapefruit.
- Dinner: fruit salad, 100g mozzarella.
